At Risk Guard Training Academy, we aim to provide high-quality online learning experiences. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for our digital courses, subscriptions, and training services.

All purchases of online courses, digital content, and e-learning subscriptions are considered final once access is granted. Because course materials are delivered digitally, refunds are limited to specific circumstances outlined below.
(2) Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
(2.1) Technical Access Issues
A refund may be approved only if:
o The learner is unable to access the course due to a technical issue caused by our platform, and
o Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 working days, and
o No significant portion of the course (e.g., videos, modules, downloads) has been accessed.
(2.2) Duplicate Payments
If a user is accidentally charged twice for the same course, a full refund for the duplicate charge will be issued.
(2.3) Unauthorized Transactions
If a payment was made without the owner’s authorization and is verified by Stripe/PayPal/bank investigation, a refund will be processed.
(2.4) Corporate Training Refunds (If Applicable)
